Most work stations, servers and peripherals have
manufacturer's warranties for one to three years. A few manufacturers, such as
Compaq, offer on-site repair under warranty, within 24 hours. Many will only
repair hardware at the factory. |

Connectco offers the following support services: |

Hardware repair and maintenance, with periodic system checks
and preventive maintenance, all under a yearly maintenance contract at a fixed
cost. The contract cost will vary, depending on the system complexity, number
of hardware items, and required response times. The cost will increase after
hardware warranties have run out. |

Hardware repair and system help, on call, at a cost of $100
per hour of professional labor, plus parts and materials. |

New hardware or software (off-the-shelf or custom) to
upgrade or enhance the client's system, |

Training for new employees and other employees for new
systems or standard office automation packages, such as word processors or
spread sheets. |

System upgrades for more speed or flexibility, or new ways
of doing business. This includes informing the customer, gratis, of new
developments which will enhance his efficiency and profits. Professional labor
will be charged to do upgrades, at a rate of $100 per hour. |

Much support can be given over the telephone, and many
problems can be diagnosed by modem. Some servers have pre-malfunction warning
systems, which register with warning lights or signals over modem lines.
